Position Overview
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance and project execution across our plants, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a skilled, engaged maintenance team to support high-quality, cost-effective operations.
  • Create and sustain a safe, effective working environment.
  • Lead daily and weekly team meetings covering safety, equipment, and processes.
  • Review and refine job plans, prioritizing labor and parts for efficient task completion.
  • Plan and schedule preventative and predictive maintenance.
  • Make tactical decisions to maintain the schedule and assign mechanics promptly.
  • Provide detailed reports on downtime and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain and organize the storeroom, shop, and CMMS.
  • Use SAP to manage work orders, track inventory, and train staff on system usage.
  • Build strong working relationships with Operations personnel.
  • Ensure "Excellence" in customer service and maintain "On Call" status as required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with 3 years of experience; OR Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience.
  • Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or Master's in a related field.
  • SAP experience and team leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of production operations and ability to read PI&D and technical manuals.

Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent walking or standing and regular presence in manufacturing and warehouse settings, with potential exposure to hazardous conditions. Use of PPE is required. Full details of job functions and safety requirements are available in the Job Safety Analysis upon request.
