Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Indiana (relocation package available for US Citizens)

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to assist our Maintenance Manager and lead a team of Maintenance Mechanics/Technicians. In this role, you will ensure efficient and safe maintenance operations across the facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in supervising daily operations, managing shift schedules, and ensuring plant-wide maintenance coverage.
• Inspect plant equipment and facilities daily, overseeing job quality and safety standards.
• Assign daily tasks, work orders, and assist in resolving breakdown issues.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure utilities and equipment are in top working order.
• Help manage repair parts inventory, maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, USDA, Safety, and PSM regulations.
• Train Maintenance Mechanics on new and existing equipment.
• Collaborate on capital and special projects, continuous improvement (CI) programs, and process/safety improvements.
• Keep accurate records using SAP.
• Be available for on-call and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Degree or GED required; BS Degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in food or processing maintenance required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, welding, boiler, refrigeration, compressed air, waste water, or plumbing is a plus.
