Recruitment Manager - Life Sciences (relocate from the UK to US)

As a Billing Manager, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process for our clients as well as managing a team of direct reports, whilst also focusing on and further developing your own desk!

This role will be based at our head office in Downtown Tampa, close to public transport and all local amenities.

About you:

• Have a minimum of 3 years previous experience within Recruitment in a Life Sciences niche
• Experience managing (or mentoring) is essential (ideally 3+ direct reports but open to discussion)
• Able and willing to do the full 360 recruitment cycle, including business development on new accounts
• A team player
• Eager to progress and to develop your career.
