Your Challenge

  • Management of the sales process and customer relationships
    • Supporting and guiding customers through the entire sales process.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction and building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
    • Creating, tracking and finalizing offers to increase sales.
  • Proactive working style and customer management
    • Proactive and independent customer acquisition and support.
    • Working independently to achieve goals.
  • Technical and sales advice
    • Communicating the added value of fruitcore robotics for OEM customers, key accounts and end customers.
    • Consulting on technical solutions and applications taking into account the entire Digital Robot Platform.
  • Application focus for OEM customers and key accounts
    • Ideally: Application/industry focus to optimize support for OEM customers and key accounts.
  • Regional responsibility and SMEs
    • Support for SMEs regardless of the application with regional allocation
  • Internal coordination
    • Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments, from R&D to after-sales.
  • Ensuring that projects are carried out in the interests of the customer and fruitcore robotics.

Your talent

  • You have many years of relevant professional experience in building up OEMs and key accounts.
  • Ideally, you have been able to gain experience in various application areas and industries (e.g. dosing, injection molding, packaging) and have discovered your passion for this.
  • You have a strong ability to acquire and retain customers.
  • You are distinguished by your technical understanding and consulting skills.
  • A proactive and independent way of working is a given for you.
  • Due to your strong communication skills, the internal coordination of customer projects is easy for you.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
