Do you have experience of dealing with accounts such as John Lewis, Harrods, Hamleys, Selfridges and so on?

I am looking to speak with experienced salespeople who are searching for their next opportunity in the Toys, Gifting and Games industry. This role is a Key Account Manager role and would suit anyone with experience of managing luxury retail and department stores.

The Role

This role itself is home based and requires you in the office only 1 day per week (2 days occasionally). Your role as Key Account Manager will require you to manage your accounts in full, tracking their business plans, preparing forecasts, analyse sales data and improve YoY revenue opportunities. You must have;

  • Existing relationships with luxury retail/department stores
  • A proven track record of delivering account growth YoY
  • Ability to prepare business plans and outline an account sales strategy
  • Confidence to discuss pricing and promotional levels with each customers
  • Be able to pitch new products, and keep customers up to date at all times on limited edition products
  • Organised and able to track delivery time-frames and stock levels
