About the Role

As the Inventory Planner, you will play a crucial role in managing supplier orders, inventory planning, and international logistics. You will oversee import/export documentation, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with sales, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Import & Export Operations: Process supplier orders, manage shipping documentation, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Inventory Planning & Stock Control: Maintain optimal stock levels, forecast demand, and minimize slow-moving inventory.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with sales teams, suppliers, and freight companies to manage logistics and stock availability.
  • Systems & Process Management: Utilize SAP for data entry, stock tracking, and transaction processing while supporting continuous improvements.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in inventory planning, import/export, and logistics coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
