The Role:
We are partnering with a vibrant and well-established interior design studio to find a creative, driven Interior Designer. Known for delivering thoughtful, functional interiors tailored for modern healthcare environments, this studio offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive, people-first culture.

This is a hands-on design role, ideal for someone who brings strong documentation skills, a collaborative mindset, and a sharp design sensibility. You'll work closely with senior staff and ownership across all phases of project delivery. Healthcare experience not essential - Revit & Enscape experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop design concepts and produce documentation for healthcare interiors.

  • Assist with FF&E selection, specification, and budgeting.

  • Support project coordination, including consultant communication and vendor interaction.

  • Contribute to design presentations, space planning, and finish boards.

  • Participate in internal reviews, helping maintain high standards for quality and functionality.

  • Help foster a positive, team-oriented studio environment.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of interior design experience, ideally with some healthcare project exposure (not essential)

  • Proficient in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

  • Licensed or nearing Interior design liscence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
