The Role:

We are partnering with a vibrant and well-established interior design studio to find a talented & energetic Studio Leader with strong health-care experience. With an impressive portfolio, they deliver thoughtful, functional interiors tailored for modern health-care environments.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, detail-oriented project driver, and natural team leader-someone who thrives in a people-first, flexible environment and has a sharp eye for design quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the studio owner to oversee project delivery, team performance, and overall studio workflow.

  • Manage key healthcare projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client goals are met.

  • Review and mark up drawing sets, oversee FF&E budgeting and procurement, and guide junior team members through daily design processes.

  • Maintain the firm's upbeat, balanced studio culture-supporting work-life balance while keeping teams motivated and productive.

  • Act as a quality control checkpoint across all phases of work, with a keen eye for detail and design integrity.

  • Coordinate closely with consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of interior design or project management experience, with a strong portfolio of healthcare work.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage project schedules, and oversee design documentation.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and easygoing leadership style.

  • Comfortable working flexibly and independently in a fast-moving environment.

  • Licensed Interior Designer.
