Our client are a National Architecture firm who create innovative healthcare spaces that enhance patient care. Based in Philadelphia, they are looking for a Healthcare Practice Leader to lead their team and drive their healthcare architecture projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Team: Manage and mentor the healthcare architecture team.
• Oversee Projects: Ensure healthcare projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients and understand their needs.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new healthcare projects and opportunities.
• Innovate: Stay updated on the latest healthcare design trends and incorporate them into projects.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Professional licensure preferred.
• Experience: 15+ years in healthcare architecture with leadership experience.
• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare design principles and regulations.
