CSG Talent have a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced individual, from a Life Science or MedTech background to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.

As our Head of Life Sciences and Medical divisions, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process for our clients, overseeing both managers and consultants and scaling the team globally.

This role can be based out of our Tampa office but with international travel between our UK and Dubai offices.

• Will have a proven track record within both billing and management capacities (in Life Sciences or Medical verticals), with experience leading teams.
• Will be a confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all

• Have a passion for building and maintaining longstanding relationships through Account Management and Business Development
