Are you a strategic and hands-on engineering leader with a passion for dairy manufacturing? We are seeking a Head of Engineering & Maintenance to drive operational excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement at a state-of-the-art dairy production facility.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Leading the engineering and maintenance functions across the plant, ensuring maximum equipment reliability and efficiency.
✅ Developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimise downtime.
✅ Managing CAPEX projects, including upgrades, expansions, and automation initiatives.
✅ Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food industry regulations.
✅ Leading a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
✅ Working closely with production, quality, and supply chain teams to enhance operational performance.
✅ Implementing best practices in energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost control.
✅ Driving the digitalisation and automation of maintenance processes.

What We're Looking For:

🔹 A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).
🔹 10-15 years of experience in engineering & maintenance leadership within the dairy or food manufacturing sector.
🔹 Strong knowledge of dairy processing equipment, utilities, and automation.
🔹 Expertise in TPM, PPM, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
🔹 Proven experience in CAPEX management and continuous improvement projects.
🔹 Deep understanding of European food safety and environmental regulations.
🔹 Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
