They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Business Development to drive strategic partnerships and expand their footprint in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand relationships with CDMOs.
Identify, evaluate, and secure new commercial opportunities with pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions to drive long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with scientific and operational capabilities.
Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Process Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical or CDMO sector.
Strong understanding of drug development, process chemistry, and manufacturing services.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and establish high-value collaborations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel as needed for client engagement and industry events.
