Green Systems Engineer - Power

Are you a Green Systems Engineer in the renewable power sector, looking to work in mining decarbonizing systems?

My client, a global leader in their industry, are seeking an experienced Green Systems Engineer to join the team in Marrakesh, and assist them in achieving optimal infrastructure design.

You will bring with you -

• Experience in developing models, analysing, and optimising in a power grid context
• Experience with optimisation techniques and tools appropriate for optimising simulations of dynamic systems
• Experience in working with industry-standard Power system models (e.g., PLEXOS)
• Analysing large-scale data sets to inform business decisions
• Experience with coding languages such as Python

Your knowledge and a technical understanding of the nature of renewable power supply, and electrical power systems, along with knowledge of renewable energy technologies, and an understanding of energy storage systems and grid integration will be ideal for this opportunity.

Ability to interpret complex system simulations and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences is a skill we are looking for too.
