Global EPM Practice Lead - Oracle EPM Solutions (Remote, US-based)

Our client is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Global EPM Practice Lead to oversee and drive the growth of their Oracle EPM solutions across multiple industries. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding a global team of Oracle EPM consultants, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects, developing best practices, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the global strategy for the Oracle EPM practice, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
• Business Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and promotional campaigns. Develop competitive pricing models and service packages to ensure the practice's value proposition stands out in the market.
• Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences, offering insights on Oracle EPM innovations and best practices.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving the adoption of Oracle EPM solutions and addressing their specific business challenges. Lead executive-level presentations and manage high-level client interactions.
• Team Leadership & Growth: Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of Oracle EPM consultants, analysts, and technical experts, ensuring continuous professional development and high performance.
• Performance & Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of complex Oracle EPM projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Continuously refine methodologies, ensuring the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions across the global team.

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in Oracle EPM, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams and client engagements.
• Proven experience delivering large, complex Oracle EPM implementations, including Oracle Cloud and Hyperion, across multiple industries.
• Strong understanding of financial management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
• Demonstrated success in driving business development efforts and managing the full sales cycle for enterprise solutions.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
