A preclinical biotech venture is seeking a Founder & CEO to lead development of a first-in-class protein drug conjugate (PDC) targeting cancer stem cells (CSCs)-a critical driver of metastasis, recurrence, and drug resistance.

The technology, based on natural ligands of LGR4/5/6 receptors, has shown strong anti-tumor activity in preclinical models of colorectal, ovarian, and gastric cancer. Backed by a prominent research foundation and supported by an experienced inventor, the company is poised for IND-enabling studies and first-in-human trials.

Responsibilities:

• Drive both dilutive and non-dilutive fundraising

• Shape clinical and regulatory strategy

• Oversee preclinical and IND-enabling activities

• Build partnerships with CROs, CDMOs, pharma, and KOLs

• Lead the company through early clinical development

Ideal Profile:

• Proven experience in biotech fundraising and leadership

• Background in ADC or biologics development

• Strong oncology network and scientific credibility

• Familiarity with early-stage clinical and regulatory milestones
