Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee general ledger accounting and prepare financial reports.
  • Handle day-to-day office administration and recordkeeping.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • 1+ year of bookkeeping or financial experience preferred.
