Finance & Administration Manager: Hybrid

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance & Administration Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office, with a strong emphasis on financial management and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in accounting, financial processes, and office administration. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations and supporting the company's financial health and overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office & Administrative Management: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including office coordination, clerical duties, and general office management.
  • Accounting & Financial Reporting: Oversee general ledger accounting, ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts, and support in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage and monitor A/R & A/P processes, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and collections.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Payroll Administration: Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
  • Financial Software Utilization: Utilize QuickBooks or similar accounting software for managing financial transactions and reporting.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall office efficiency.
  • Recordkeeping & Documentation: Maintain organized records of all financial transactions, invoices, and related documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Experience managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Knowledge of payroll administration and financial processes.
  • Ability to perform balance sheet analysis and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
