Field Service Technician

We're partnering with a global leader in clean energy solutions to hire an experienced Field Service Technician. In this hands-on role, you'll support solar and energy storage systems across the region-diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and guiding installers on best practices. This will be covering the Lodz region, Poland.

Your Role

* Carry out on-site diagnostics and repairs of solar/storage systems
* Perform preventive maintenance and component replacements
* Travel to customer locations for service calls (schedule coordinated)
* Work cross-functionally with technical support teams
* Maintain detailed service records and documentation
* Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards
* Stay informed on the latest in solar and energy storage tech

What You'll Need

* 2+ years' experience in solar, energy storage, or electrical systems
* Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
* Valid electrical certification and/or ability to certify for storage installations
* Fluent in English (B2+) and Polish (B2/C1)
* Great communication, strong organizational skills, and self-motivation
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
* Professionalism and a customer-focused mindset
