Role Overview:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing a range of advanced medical aesthetic equipment used across clinics in the North of the UK. Your responsibilities will include installing, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for state-of-the-art devices, ensuring they are functioning at their best. You will be key to making sure the clinics continue to provide safe, effective, and cutting-edge treatments to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of aesthetic medical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to clinic staff, ensuring equipment is operated correctly and safely.
  • Stay updated with the latest aesthetic technologies and industry standards to ensure the clinics operate with the best equipment available.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service and support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of field service engineering experience, preferably within medical devices or capital equipment.
  • Qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience with laser devices or other advanced aesthetic technology would be a strong advantage.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively support and train clinic staff.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the North of the UK.
