CSG Talent is collaborating with a key client in their search to add a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to their experienced team. The position would operate in a dual function capacity in going 'above and beyond' to provide client services to their partners, and to provide comprehensive project management responsibilities.

Our client is a national A/E firm that specializes in the Federal market. Their client base includes US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Department of State, Homeland Security, General Services Administration (GSA), and FBI.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee highly complex projects, managing risks, resources, and scope with precision.
• Maintain efficient communication with project teams, ensuring clarity on updates and changes.
• Act as the primary client liaison, setting expectations, managing feedback, and addressing scope adjustments while fostering strong client relationships.
• Prepare budgets, contracts, and fee proposals with a focus on achieving financial targets and managing project expenses effectively.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary technical activities, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil design, to meet project goals.
• Lead project meetings, both internally and with clients, to ensure alignment, transparency, and progress throughout all project phases.

The ideal person:

• 5+ years experience for a Project Manager, 10+ years experience for a Senior Project Manager
• Experience working with the Federal Government
• Professional Engineer license (PE) or Registered Architect (RA)

Due to the nature of federal projects, you must be a US Citizen and able to obtain security clearance to be eligible for this position.
