Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full scope of site facilities operations, including maintenance, engineering, compliance, and vendor management

• Deliver high standards of performance across safety, quality, and service delivery

• Lead capital and operational planning, budgeting, and reporting

• Manage a multidisciplinary team and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure operational alignment with business needs

• Prepare for and manage audits, inspections, and performance reviews

• Drive sustainable and cost-effective facility enhancements

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in facilities, operations, or infrastructure management-ideally within secure, regulated, or high-compliance settings

• Demonstrated leadership of large teams, vendors, and critical systems in complex environments

• Strong understanding of OSHA, NFPA, and other regulatory standards

• Confident communicator with ability to influence, problem-solve, and execute with autonomy

• Candidates must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Texas or Chicago

• U.S. work authorization required
