We are seeking a Sales Manager for our Central-East European territory, covering the DACH region, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czechia, and the Baltics. This role is crucial in driving the sales of our innovative equipment. Ideally based in Austria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products through engaging presentations and strategic sales efforts.
• Manage equipment sales from offer preparation to contract finalization.
• Develop and forecast your own sales pipeline, and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales projects.
• Observe market trends and customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Represent us at trade fairs and customer events.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in equipment sales, preferably within mining, tunneling, or construction sectors.
• Strong network in the Central-East European region, with existing knowledge of key industry players and OEMs.
• Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a bonus.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively across the region.
• Familiarity with heavy machinery technology and an understanding of the underground industry.
• Sales-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
