Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager - onsite, Allentown PA

CSG is currently partnered with an established international business providing top-notch design, manufacturing and deployment of mining equipment used for grinding and classifying.

Responsibilities

• Managing the engineering team, consisting of designers, project and product engineers
• Cross functional relationships with production to assist in manufacturing, QA and QC
• Cross functional relationship with sales to provide tech support and assist customer meetings
• Developing team capabilities to achieve efficient production and service for product lines

Requirements

• BSc in Process, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline - or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years experience in aggregate, cement, mining, and related chemical industries
• Industry experience in production side of the industry
• Valid Driver's license
• US citizenship or green card to work in the USA
• Professional Engineer License preferred but not required
• CAE/CAD Exerience, Autodesk Inventor Preferred
• Mechanical & Process Aptitude
