Are you an experienced engineering professional ready to lead a dynamic team in the fast-paced world of dairy production? We're seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to join our dairy plant, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining, optimizing, and innovating our production systems to keep us at the forefront of the industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee Plant Engineering Operations: Lead and manage all engineering activities, including maintenance, reliability, and process improvements, ensuring the plant operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
  • Lead a Skilled Team: Inspire, develop, and manage a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a proactive and safety-focused culture that maximizes performance and encourages continuous learning.
  • Drive Process Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize energy usage, all while upholding the highest standards of product quality.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations, ensuring all equipment and processes meet industry and company standards.
  • Manage Capital Projects: Lead capital improvement projects from planning through implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance production capabilities and support business growth.

What You Bring:

  • Engineering Expertise: A bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) with at least 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment, ideally in dairy or food and beverage.
  • Leadership & Communication Skills: Proven experience leading a team with the ability to communicate effectively across departments and inspire continuous improvement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of automation, process control, and mechanical and electrical systems in a production environment.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying, troubleshooting, and solving technical challenges to keep production running smoothly.
