What You'll Do

• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field supervisors to design and deliver high-quality electrical systems

• Develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (including BIM coordination)

• Assist with electrical load calculations, panel schedules, and riser diagrams

• Participate in field surveys and site visits for design verification

• Review and interpret project specifications, construction drawings, and electrical codes

• Support construction and installation teams with technical guidance

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in electrical design and drafting in a NY/NJ-based electrical contractor

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (required)

• Strong understanding of NEC and NYC Building Code

• Experience with commercial or institutional projects in NYC a plus

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
