CSG Talent is currently partnering with a CDMO specialising in clinical-to-commercial scale production capabilities for bioreagens, biologics, pDNA and mRNA, etc. They are loking for new talent to join their new site. Currently, this site is expanding from 40 to 120+ individuals.

This position has a clear progression pathway of being promoted to GM Q1/Q2 2025.

Requiements

• Relocation to Prince Edward Island, if not in area
• Biologics experience, fill/finish experence
• Some Site Head experience
• 10 years' Operations Management experience
• Experience working in CDMOs or similar
