Director of Operations

CSG are partnering with a fantastic global market leader in medical technology who are looking to bring on a Director of Operations to join their team in Bensheim. They have just opened a new facility, and, together with their manufacturing sites spread worldwide, they are an exciting specialist group bringing in around 100m in revenue yearly.

What are they looking for?

• 7-10 years' Operations experience
• 5 years' MedTech experience
• Someone able to work on-site in Bensheim
• PhD in a medical-related field would be beneficial, but NOT mandatory

What would your responsibilities be?

• Overseeing the development of their new facility
• Supporting the wider team with contribution to strategy in production, purchase, etc
• Directly leading the operations team to ensure their training & development
• Ensuring effective coordination across all departments
