Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead our operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our services across New York City. The position offers the flexibility of remote work, with regular travel required to oversee operations on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations across all five boroughs of New York City.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations managers and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably within the janitorial or facilities management industry.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely while being available for regular travel across New York City.
