Content and Digital Marketer

What will you do?
As a Marketer, you play a key role in strengthening the company's market position and branding. You translate technical innovations into compelling marketing campaigns and (digital) content. You have a strong affinity with machine building and understand customer needs. Working closely with sales and product development and ensure that the company's message is clear and powerful for (potential) customers while contributing to lead generation.
A significant portion of marketing activities is digital, so a solid background in online marketing is essential. This role reports to the Manager of Business Development.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Strategic marketing: Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with commercial goals, in collaboration with the Manager of Business Development.
- Content & lead generation: Create content and optimize (online and offline) marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Digital marketing: Manage and optimize the website (HubSpot CMS), social media, SEO/SEA, and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Leadfeeder, and Scaura.
- Corporate identity & branding: Safeguard the company's visual and content identity globally, working closely with the US team to ensure a consistent brand presence online and offline.
- Sales support: Develop marketing and communication materials to support the sales team in customer interactions.
- Market research: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competition to strengthen market positioning.
Your profile:
You have experience in B2B marketing and know how to commercially translate and position complex technical products. You are strategically strong but also hands-on. You are ambitious and results oriented.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in machine building, robotics, or industrial automation.
- Experience with corporate branding and maintaining a consistent brand identity across different markets and channels.
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
- Experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), SEO/SEA, and online marketing tools.
- Hands-on mentality and results driven.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong personality and a team player.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing (Master's/MBA is a plus).
- Fluent in English and willing to travel internationally.
