Your Role
* Support customers via phone/email during installation and troubleshooting
* Manage support cases from start to resolution
* Collaborate with technical teams to solve complex issues
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing
* Stay up to date with the latest tech and industry developments
What You'll Need
* 2+ years' technical support or relevant experience
* Fluent in English (B2+) and Dutch, French, or German (C1+)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of electrical systems (PV experience a plus)
* Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
