CSG are proud to be partnered with a reputable pv manufacturer, who are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated and professional Country Manager for Spain.
As a Country Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for the development and execution of Company's marketing plan in Spain.
- Build, maintain and develop good relationships with customers through assessment of customers' needs, accompanied by suggestions on suitable products, solutions, and services.
- Plan and execute sales activities to meet order intake, net sales, and gross margin targets.
- Prepare quotes and bidding proposals and ensure the accuracy and quality of deliveries.
- Negotiate contracts with customers professionally and follow through on projects to ensure satisfactory completion.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, maintain successful business relationships with channel partners and customers, and resolve customer complaints and warranty issues.
- Look after strategically important sales regions with a demanding customer base.
- Attend trade shows, trade partner conferences, congresses and forums.
- Establish overall territory sales plans and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve targets and quotas.
To be considered for the position of Country Manager, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor or above technical degrees, preferably in electrical engineering,
- In-depth knowledge of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, EV chargers in the distribution and/or utility scale segments, including product specifications, grid code requirements, competitive landscape, tender requirements etc.
- Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in team management.
