Estimating Coordinator

At CSG Talent, we have partnered with a leading construction firm to find an Estimating Coordinator for their growing team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional passionate about construction estimating and collaboration.
As an Estimating Coordinator, you will work closely with the Estimating Team to review project plans and specifications, prepare accurate quantity take-offs, and engage vendors and subcontractors during the bidding process. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing project plans, requirements, and specifications.
- Performing precise quantity take-offs and post-bid tasks.
- Soliciting quotes from vendors and subcontractors using Smartbid.
- Collaborating with the estimating team to assemble and review bid packages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience estimating construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of construction costs, principles, and horizontal infrastructure projects.
- Experience with Agtek software (preferred).
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
