Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of aesthetic medical devices.
- Act as a clinical expert and advisor, providing guidance to end-users (e.g., doctors, clinicians, practitioners) on device operation and treatment protocols.
- Create and update educational materials, training presentations, and clinical protocols to reflect the latest industry advancements.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to support product launches and drive adoption across the region.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events, enhancing brand recognition and demonstrating expertise.
- Ensure compliance with regional medical standards and regulations in all training and education activities.
- Travel extensively across the EMEA region to conduct on-site training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.
About You
- Proven experience in medical aesthetics or dermatology, particularly with laser or light-based technologies.
- A background in clinical education, training, or a related role, with a focus on adult learning techniques.
- Confident and engaging public speaker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
- A background in nursing, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) across the EMEA region.
