Clinical Account Manager - EP Mapping

CSG Talent are working with an innovative electrophysiology start-up who are continuing to grow their US team with the hiring of 2 more clinical account managers.

The business already have FDA approval, existing customers in the US & a small high quality team for you to join & work with. They also have excellent clinical data for their software. We are seeking mapping experts to join the business and play a key role in setting customers up with the software to ensure high quality outcomes are delivered.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient & effective set-up and training for electrophysiologists to ensure they are comfortable with the technology, providing support as needed to customers (more focus on set-up than day to day case support).
• Utilize existing network of hospitals & electrophysiologists to bring on new customers.
• Be the face of the technology in your region, providing first class support to customers as needed.
• Work in line with strategic growth plans relating to territories & company growth plans

Requirements:

• Existing mapping experience & expertise working with Carto, Rhythmia or Ensite technologies. Solid understanding of ventricular tachycardia cases.
• Ability to cover multiple locations (it's a start-up role after all!)
• Start-up mentality with ability to hit the ground running & be self-sufficient
• Existing network of electrophysiologists that can be used to hit the ground running.
• High level of interest in the software industry.
