Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operational activities within the Midlands region, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute operational plans that support the company's overall strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
