Position: Operations Director As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operational activities in the Midlands region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all operational activities within the Midlands region, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance management.

  • Provide leadership and direction to operational teams, coaching and developing staff to maximize their potential and drive results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations leadership roles, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar capacity.
