Category Manager - Seafood

If you have a background in seafood retail category management, you will absolutely find this role intriguing.

This role is to manage an entire seafood category for retail stores, which will see you involved in the full end-to-end supply chain from working with suppliers to helping launch new products into retail/grocery. A very strategic role with lots of variety and autonomy.

The business will be looking for you to carry out a revamp of the category to produce better sales and margins. You will have to know seafood, and without doubt be a huge foodie.

You'll be working alongside 3 other Category Managers who deal with other food categories, but you will absolutely have full autonomy of the seafood category, which is the second largest category for this business.

The team is fast paced, vibrant and dynamic, so being office based 5 days a week with the rest of business in essential. If you're looking for a remote or hybrid role, then this isn't for you. You will be someone that thrives being around colleagues and right in the thick of it.

Salary Package

• The salary for this role is in the region of $135,000 - $140,000 + 30% bonus (total package of approx. $180,000)
• 2 weeks PTO
• Healthcare after 60 days
• Relocation allowance if required
• 5 days office based in Miami, FL
