Are you an experienced Sales and Business Development professional in the Facilities Management industry? Do you have a proven track record of driving $2M+ in annual sales and working with national commercial clients? If so, we want to hear from you!

What We're Looking For:

✔ 5-15 years of Facilities Management experience in Sales & Business Development
✔ Proven ability to generate $2M+ in annual sales within a Facilities Management company
✔ Experience working with top-tier Facilities Management firms (must have prior experience in listed companies)
✔ Strong lead generation skills, including expertise with tools like ZoomInfo
✔ Knowledge of RFP and sales processes for national clients (Retail, F&B, Convenience, Office Spaces, etc.)
✔ Attendance and participation in Facilities Management Trade Shows (Connex, Specs, RFMA, BOMA, etc.)
✔ (Preferred but not required) Experience managing and building a sales team
