Branch Manager - Hamburg, Regensburg, Wurzburg
CSG Talent is currently collaborating with one of the largest marketleading businesses in the Testing, Inspection and Certification industry. They are currently looking for three location managers to take over leadership in three different locations.
In particular we're looking for strong largescale team leaders with a history of large P&L responsibilities. We're open to a variety of backgrounds - from wind & renewables, to pressure and pump systems, agriculture, hospital, refineries, or agricultural.
If you have work council experience, are a strong leader, and have a good grasp over inspection services, this is the opportunity for you.
This role is fully on-site. If you are not in the area, my client is able to support relocation from anywhere in Germany.
Tasks:
- You will manage our dedicated team in your location and promote the personal and professional development of around 50 to 120 employees and managers.
- You will create an open, trusting working culture, ensure smooth processes and guarantee efficient communication within the site.
- You will recognize growth potential and implement strategies to expand the range of services, attract new customers and inspire talented people to join our team.
- With innovative approaches, you will shape the long-term development of the Hamburg branch and make a significant contribution to its sustainable success.
- You will be responsible for budget planning and monitoring as well as ensuring that financial targets are met.
- In your role as branch manager, you will look after our key accounts and liaise closely with the North-West Regional Management and Key Account Management.
- With your industry expertise and strong interpersonal skills, you will build new customer relationships.
- You will maintain existing customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering, economics or a similar field of study
- Several years of management experience, including in the management and development of managers, ideally in the service sector
- Experience in working with the works council and company co-determination
- Ability to inspire and motivate employees
- Proven experience in setting up efficient structures and processes
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-orientated way of working
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- Fluency in German and English
- High willingness to travel
