Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Develop compelling, client-focused proposals that address key requirements and showcase value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, finance, and legal teams, to gather relevant input and insights.
  • Identify bid opportunities and develop strategies to secure new business.
  • Review and improve existing bid processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company governance and approval procedures.
  • Conduct post-bid reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing complex bids within the facilities management sector or related industries.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creating persuasive proposals.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to develop pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with key stakeholders.
