The Role:
As the Bid Director, you will lead and manage the end-to-end bid process, driving strategy and overseeing the development of high-quality, winning proposals. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will identify growth opportunities, develop client-focused solutions, and ensure the delivery of compelling bids that reflect our company's values and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the bid management process from inception to submission.

  • Develop and implement bid strategies to secure new business opportunities.

  • Oversee the production of high-quality proposal documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.

  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver competitive and innovative solutions.

  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the bid process.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to bid team members.

About You:

  • Proven track record of success in bid management and business development within the facilities management or related industry.

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Experience in managing large, complex bids with a focus on quality and innovation.

  • Proficiency in bid management tools and processes.

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
