CSG are currently partnered with a designed focused business who pride themselves on high quality products. The business has is a UK manufacture and is a heritage brand. Due to recent growth and expansion, they now find themselves looking to bring in a Business Development Executive to cover the Midlands and South of the UK.

As the BDE you will report directly into the Senior National Account Manager and work with them to achieve sale targets on your area. The role will be responsible for selling into independent gift shops, garden centres and retail chains.

Key Responsibilities

• To be fully responsible for achieving yearly/quarterly sales budgets and margins as set.
• To present and ell all of the brands effectively.
• Ensure regularly prospecting and new business targets are opened to maximise the breadth of brand channels.
• To build excellent relationships with key customers and create JBP's to support growth.
• To take orders and merchandise ranges in the appropriate format (Pixsell, IPad etc.)
• Produce a weekly and monthly reports and plans detailing activity and performance
• Liaise with the UK sales advisors/Accounts Receivable to provide the best possible service
• To share knowledge and feedback with the marketing and design teams.
• To maximise sales from quarterly promotions or bespoke promotions.
• Provide regular feedback from the field, include competitor activity
• Implementing full range reviews and merchandising options
• To attend various trade shows during the year
• To attend regular Sales Meeting with the wider UK sales team.
• Overnight stays, will be required
• Full clean driving licence, good diary management, must be organised
