Our client is a leader in process technology, known for their design and build of turnkey process plants and robotic systems.

The company is looking to build upon their success in Australia and are now looking for a Project Manager with an Automation background, to join the team in Melbourne to further grow the company's presence across the pharmaceutical & life science industries.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of process automation projects to the client
  • Ensure project falls within planned schedule and cost.
  • Track and report project progress.
  • Manage project scope, changes and deliverables.
  • Defining project-oriented approaches and ensuring execution knowledge.
  • Chair meetings with clients.

Required skills & experience:

  • Experience in industrial process control/automation systems.
  • Previous project management experience within automation.
  • Pharmaceutical background is highly desired, will consider food + beverage.
  • Manage all aspects of a project including but not limited to: scope & deliverables, cost management, stakeholder management, risk, resourcing and project scheduling.
  • Demonstrable track record leading a team of software engineers and CSV.
  • Previous experience with Siemens PCS7 or Rockwell Allen Bradley systems.
  • Automation/Software/Controls Engineering Degree of Study.
