As the Team Lead, you will oversee a multi-billion dollar pipeline of projects across the United States, partnering with world-class tech companies to deliver cutting-edge data center solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the structural integrity and reliability of these complex facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of talented structural engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee all aspects of mission critical projects, from initial design to construction completion.

Qualifications:
