Overview:

An Assistant Superintendent plays a crucial role in overseeing field operations on construction projects. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

This position focuses on projects ranging from ~$15mil to $1bil within the civil sector. We are looking for specific background experience with transit and rail, highways, roadways, water and wastewater.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating field operations.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage and supervise field personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in heavy civil infrastructure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and equipment.
