CSG Talent is working on behalf of one of the US leading Construction Equipment & OEM dealerships to identify 2 x Area Sales Managers for their Los Angeles businesses
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable outside sales experience covering a territory and selling across a dealership/ rental background with new and used construction equipment.
The organisation is one of the leading rental business in the US and the role is remunerated extremely competitively. with market leading base salary and commission structure.
The role will:
Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals
Meeting or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards
Providing consistent and motivated leadership and direction to all staff and team members
Ensuring compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations
Providing exceptional customer service to all customers on a daily basis
Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
Collecting customer feedback and market research
This is an ideal opportunity for a successful Sales Manager to join one of the markets largest brands and would ideally suit a driven sales professional who has demonstrable experience of working in the construction/ capital equipment New & used equipment markets.
