I'm working with a small architectural firm in Boston of 30 individuals who ideally need a registered architect (or a designer on the path to licensure) with around 8-10 years' industry experience, who is highly proficient using Revit and is capable of serving as a Project Architect on larger and more complex projects and as a Project Manager/Architect on small to medium sized projects.
They have a great deal of work on with the Cambridge and Brockton Housing Authority and would ideally like candidates who have Multi-Family and/or Affordable Housing and/or senior living experience. They do have work in a few other sectors, Transportation for example, but the bulk of the work presently is in Multi-family and Affordable Housing.
As a small firm of around 30 people, they can promise the opportunity to wear a number of different hats and a truly un-precedented progression path. They ideally want future leaders of the business - candidates with stable, consistent work history and they would particularly welcome applications from women and minority backgrounds.
They can offer a competitive salary, bonus and benefits to the successful applicant
