Are you a sales driven Agronomist with experience in soybeans and corn?

Do you have experience managing a team in a results driven agronomy firm?

My client is looking for a strategic Agronomist to start in the state of Iowa, manage a team and drive sales with an interest in digital farming a bonus!

Responsibilities include

Sales Team Development - coaching and mentoring , attract talent, communicate goals and objectives , and provide proactive and strategic solutions to the team

Business Planning & Execution - develop business plans for each agronomist, monitor and execute plans to increase margins

Sales Team Enhancement - coordinate career development education

General Management - monitor sales, promote product management, key supplier interaction and inspect grower claims

Education and experience requirements

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Must have a valid driver license

This position will require 85% travel.
