Sales Account Manager - Oracle Managed Services

Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Account Manager to manage and expand a portfolio of high-end managed and professional services accounts, with a focus on Oracle Managed Services. This is a key role where you'll serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep understanding of Oracle technologies and solutions to provide exceptional service to clients. You will also cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and partner channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Drive sales growth within your assigned accounts, ensuring a strong pipeline of Oracle managed services and professional solutions.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on Oracle Managed Services and related technology trends.
  • Pipeline Development: Identify new business opportunities through self-driven prospecting, partner channels, and expanding existing relationships within the Oracle ecosystem.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of Oracle managed services solutions.
  • Market Insight: Provide management with insights into Oracle market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for revenue growth through managed services.
  • Sales Tools: Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track progress, manage pipelines, and deliver accurate sales forecasts.

Specific Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in technical sales, specifically with Oracle Managed Services (ERP, HCM, SCM, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
    • Demonstrated ability to sell managed services solutions, including consulting and support for Oracle applications.
  • Oracle Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of Oracle products and services, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle ERP, HCM, and other Oracle applications.
    • Experience working with Oracle implementation, migration, and managed service offerings, understanding client pain points and positioning solutions to meet their needs.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, particularly with IT decision-makers and executives within client organizations.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly grasp and apply knowledge of Oracle technical products, services, and managed solutions.
  • Drive: High-energy, self-motivated, and thrives in a performance-driven environment focused on Oracle-based solutions.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred, but equivalent experience in Oracle solutions and managed services will be considered.
