CSG Talent are pleased to announce the launch of our brand new Recruitment Academy as we continue our journey of success and growth and look to recruit, train, and develop the next generation of recruitment specialists and business leaders.
The Recruitment Academy is primarily focused on candidates looking to begin their career in recruitment; perhaps joining straight from college or university whilst also being suitable for those with 1-2 years recruitment experience. The Recruitment Academy is unique to other recruitment training programmes in that our consultants will be on a continuous learning and development journey for 3-6 months before joining their established team as an experienced consultant with placements already under their belt.
Consultants in The Recruitment Academy will benefit from a host of experienced Recruitment Managers & Trainers who will take them through the intricacies of recruitment including search & identification methods, advertising & marketing, interviewing skills, business development and account management. The Recruitment Academy will also focus on consultants building up crucial industry knowledge ensuring they become experts within their specialist fields, ultimately allowing them to place exceptional candidates into senior-level roles in some of the leading businesses around the world.
The training will consist of theory and classroom learning as well as interactive and team work sessions, role-plays, research-based tasks, and peer-to-peer learning and shadowing. All consultants in The Recruitment Academy will have constant support, guidance, and coaching to develop them in a way that is bespoke to how the individual learns best and in line with their preferred style of management.
Heading up The Recruitment Academy is one of CSG’s newest additions to the UK team, Steph Rae. Steph has 10 years of recruitment experience, primarily focused on the Commercial and Professional Services industries and is highly experienced in managing teams of Recruiters at all levels. Steph has a proven background in nurturing and successfully developing individuals into highly capable and credible consultants.
Steph admits that training and development has always been her favourite part of her job:
