In the summer of 2023, the leader of the Data Centers team at CSG Talent began networking and having initial conversations with STACK’s leadership team. Since the start of the partnership, CSG Talent has placed 10 senior-level candidates with STACK over an 18-month period, contributing to the company’s growth and success. By keeping interviews streamlined, typically within three or four stages, STACK has been able to secure talent quickly, avoiding long delays that can cause issues such as candidate dropouts and poor candidate experiences.
